|Day 3, Star Western Hemisphere Spring Championship 2006||May 25, 2006||Annapolis Yacht Club, Annapolis MD, USA||Exceedingly tricky conditions! Wind shifts, current shifts, rain, fog, swells, cross-swells, you name it... A day when both experience and dumb luck helped a lot. Merriman/Peters won race 4; Reynolds/Haenel took race 5, tied for first place with Dane/Sperry.|
|Day 4, Star Western Hemisphere Spring Championship 2006||May 26, 2006||Annapolis Yacht Club, Annapolis MD, USA||Whatever tea the race committee was drinking, the tea leaves told them exactly when to start the race. After three hours of shifts and aborted starts, the race was started in decent conditions that continued to improve throughout. Rick Merriman and Rick Peters won the race; John Dane and Austin Sperry covered Mark Reynolds and Hal Haenel just enough to win the regatta.||
